Welcome to the Grants Center

We welcome all qualified nonprofits to apply for grants.

Some rules and processes you must know before starting an application.

  1. We can make grants only to 501(c)3 nonprofits in good standing with the IRS, and to municipalities.

  2. Grants are made in these focus areas: social and emotional learning, health and chronic diseases, the arts, public safety and economic development, disasters/community resilience, sports and recreation, environment and accessibility, and inclusion for all.

  3. Proposals must be submitted by August 15 at 4 p.m. unless that date falls on a weekend, in which case the deadline is 4 p.m the next business day.

  4. We typically award grants toward the end of the year, though we do award them at other times as well.

  5. Do you have more questions? They are most likely answered in this quick FAQ.

Our new grant management platform is easy to use. You can register and file an application in only a few minutes, and the system will let you check the status of your application and send updates and reminders for reporting.
